What is your return policy for full-priced items?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Do you offer international shipping and who pays for duties?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout for select regions.
How do I care for my ANNA QUAN knitwear and tailored pieces?
To maintain the longevity of your garments, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the internal label. Most of our knitwear requires a cold hand wash, while our tailored suiting is dry clean only.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
